Shipping methods

With every order from our online store ([website link]), you can receive your package wherever you are – in Greece or abroad.

Shipping in Greece (Standard Delivery)

  • Free delivery on orders of €30.00 and above (valid across all of Greece).
  • For orders below €30.00: €2.00 shipping fee.
  • Cash on delivery (COD): +€1.90 extra charge.
  • Free shipping including cash on delivery: on orders €59.00 and over.

Delivery time (Greece)

We ship via our trusted partners: ACS Courier and Courier Center.

  • In-stock items: 1-3 working days.
  • Islands and remote areas: 2-4 working days.

Shipping to Cyprus

  • Orders under €70: €7.00 shipping fee.
  • Free shipping on orders €70 and over.

Main carrier: DHL
Alternative carrier: ACS (used in some cases depending on product types)

Estimated delivery time:
  • DHL: 2-5 working days.
  • ACS: 10-12 working days.

Note: Delivery time may be longer due to bad weather conditions. The courier is selected according to the nature of the items to guarantee safe and appropriate delivery.

International Shipping within Europe

  • Orders under €60: €7.00 shipping fee.
  • Free shipping on orders €60 and over.
  • Delivered by DHL.

Estimated Delivery Time: 5-10 working days (varies by country).

Track Your Order

After shipping, you'll receive an email with your tracking number to follow your package online.

Important Information

If your order is returned to us due to incomplete details or non-delivery, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment.

For any delays beyond the estimated delivery time, please reach out to our customer support team.

Returns & Refunds

At Kerin Radiance, we want every customer to be completely happy with their order. If you need to return an item for any reason, please see the detailed return conditions and process below for both orders within Greece and international orders.
General Return Conditions
Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Items must be in their original condition, unused, with no signs of use, and accompanied by the relevant documentation (retail receipt or invoice).

Items must be properly packaged and protected to prevent damage during transit.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products without their original packaging.
  • Products that have been used or show signs of use.

Incorrect Item / Wrong Quantity (Our Responsibility)
In case of wrong item or incorrect quantity received:

  • Full replacement covered by Kerin Radiance.
  • Zero additional fees for you.
  • Item must be unused and in original packaging.
Damaged or Defective Items
Every product is carefully checked before shipping.

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or visible transport-related damage, please get in touch with us within 14 days from the date of receipt.

We will replace the item at no extra cost to you, regardless of the shipping destination.
Return Costs and Procedure
In case of company error or defective/damaged item

  • Returns are processed at no cost to the customer.
  • For orders within Greece: We will arrange and cover pickup by courier.
  • For international orders: Kerin Radiance will reimburse return shipping costs after agreeing on the procedure with the customer.

In case of customer-initiated return (e.g., change of mind)

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • For orders from outside Greece: The customer is responsible for choosing and arranging the most convenient shipping method from their country to our office in Greece.
  • The company is not liable for delays or loss of packages handled by third-party carriers.
  • Returns sent with cash on delivery (COD) or unpaid shipping without prior agreement will not be accepted.
Refunds
Refunds are processed depending on the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card or PayPal: Refund will be issued to the same payment method within 1-5 business days after the return has been approved and processed.
  • Bank Transfer or Cash on Delivery: Refund will be made via bank transfer (requires IBAN, recipient's full name, and bank details).

The cost of the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

  • Retain your shipping confirmation / proof of dispatch until the return procedure is finalized.
